It was decreased from 6 billion. It is there just in case, no one is acting on it and probably meant for expansion of business. I would not worry about it at all. I like the company, and in my opinion it is a sleeping gem in the rough of pinky land. The company never did a reverse split like all others out-there nor it ever plans to! In last interview, CEO stated it that he will be decreasing the authorized shares even further.

Solid company with a great potential! It will see .05 in no time! It goes higher in the next year with Farm Bill which is coming in favor of hemp!
