My statement is not wrong. I never addressed the Oslo borse specifically. I said how it works for OTC and FINRA.



So if they deliver the same news in OTC, are you still going to insist that you are "not wrong?"


I don't think there will be too much differences, otherwise, people can just exploit and arbitrage the 2 stock exchanges.
