PwC is tasked with overseeing the Sarnia plant while in care and maintenance mode (i.e. selling inventory and managing accounts receivable) to facilitate the transition for LCY (not "LYC") to take over operations.

correct...they were not part of the sale to LYC but they are still the responsibility of the Monitor to realize on & distribute to creditors
