If TGLO worth .06 that implies Delfin is willing to pay $26mm FOR AN EMPTY SHELL
They bought 71% for $25,000, .000026/ share, don’t think that’s the plan

Even if you subtract that 71% it still makes the empty shell they dont own worth 7.4mm
Empty shells can be had for a lot less
