Just so you all know here... Mr Bossung is now Ceo of a formerly private company www.coolevents.com which trades as $RNWR currently....they are doing RM into a shell....this info is on nvsos site.....good news is that COOL EVEnTS is a legit 22ml/yr rev company with cash, assets, and little debt...last year $SAkL tried to buy them, but deal fell thru....most likely from a financing issue....so they decided to go public themselves...

Not sure if he will tender his resignation from this company now or pull a fast one and become non-reporting...cant be sure...but somehow he got the ceo job....most likely from other business successes he has had in the past....just not this one...


Btw, RNWR trades as thin as anything I’ve ever seen....they will be doing a PR about the merger as soon as this week imo....I will share any info pertinent to this board if it shows up in a PR
