True, unless they want to start producing a product based on cutting edge technology as soon as possible. Check out the LCY Biosciences web site, to see what they intend to do. Now, if they couldn't get access to BIOA's assests and facilities in one shot, they's be working years to get where they are today, not to mention all the bureaucratic red tape they'd have to deal with. Think about that.
