Won't happen. The company that just bought the factory and other stuff for $4.34M isn't going to RM into a now empty shell with, what, $60M+ of debt they'd have to assume. That would be the dumbest move ever, and it is outrageous to speculate there's the slightest possibility they will. No company in business is that stupid.
