It has a lot to do with the endanger specie acted. The Sacramento River Water shed feed the whole valley farmers, and all of L.A. swimming pools. The vote is in southern ca. We get nothing up here.Split just south of San Jose ca. N ca. S ca. Southern ca. can buy the water from use that they piss away. Maybe they won't waist so much. Take away water from the farmers to protect the endangered specie. The farmers have become the ones that are endangered. GOOD POLICY GOV.
