There is a ceiling on the stock because the underlying asset has no value. Even once they are free from the default restrictions, issue tens of millions of new shares and sign new even more toxic debt agreements - the company is still nothing more than a poorly constructed business plan with no real assets. Why is that worth anything? I’m glad everyone is making back fractions of pennies after the company had fallen 99.998% in three years. But to put drastic price targets is a little premature. I will buy 10% of the company once I see actual operations and cash flow and will gift shares to the longs that have been on this board.
