Nice find an interesting company in the trips with hard assets and revenue. Most OTC companies in trips do not have nothing no assets or revenue. Still trying to figure out why the fear of a reverse split. Outstanding is not even close to maxed out. I understand fear if company dilutes the OS away to wash and repeat like so many other pinkies do. If company not diluting a reverse split is not a bad thing and can actually help a company uplist faster with all the perks to go with the uplisting. I would like to see an updated share structure to verify non dilution. It could be a very good time to buy into this fear. I may add this company to my portfolio and definitely keep on my watch list.
