as of June 30th they had about $35k in cash so there is not a lot of room to continue operations (if there are any) and also buy back stock

a couple of million shares to get to the .009's and then maybe enough left to start chipping at the .01 overhang

they could always start another Ponzi Bond... maybe in Nigeria or Zimbabwe
