ZONX is cash poor and looking for an infusion of capital. Highly unlikely they are buying back their stock. In previous filings they also indicated they would not be buying back stock. You can read the filing here which states that they would not be buying back commons etc. Since commons would not be applicable to the split it would not be equitable for them to do so. My opinions.
