Here's mine:
1. NASD approval of name change. I'm not sure how long this takes, nor the requirements. Once the approval comes in, a CUISP is issued. A company can announce that it will happen within a few days of approval. No sense issuing PR for branding purposes until this goes through.
2. Listing requirements. There is either going to be a news event that triggers a climb in PPS to justify a listing or there is going to be a R/S. I don't see how you do a R/S with such a paltry number of shares being traded unless there is an S2.
3. unless there is some material event in the near future, I don't see how to overcome the overhang of convertible shares, let alone funds needed to maintain operations while in such early stages of development. Perhaps an S2 is in the works. Hopefully used to clear out the overhang and provide cash for operations.
4. FCC licenses. I don't believe M2M has a national footprint yet, but they should be close. It will be nice to see an update on this regard. Once that happens, the valuation should be significantly higher than today just on the value of that bandwidth.
