1. Management - Specifically the CEO - needs to go. The Company will not advance with an individual like that in control.
2. Dilution at massive levels isn’t a good thing and no one can spin it to say it is - that’s reality
3. The Company needs to get its reporting current. It will never recover from these levels with out that being done.
