Strong Connections to Pepsi

I wouldn't be surprised to learn that Chris Selinger had a role in sourcing and recommending Chris Risi, VATE's SALES manager for his position. Something tells me the two Chris's know each other very well.and will be leveraging contacts for both Companies

Chris Risi, Irvine, California, is a seasoned sales professional with over three decades of experience in the retail and restaurant industries with a focus on building strong teams to execute operation’s excellence throughout major organizations resulting in brand strength and sales growth. Some of these brands included Pepsi, J.C. Penney and Taco Bell (YUM Brands). Throughout his 30+ years in these industries, Chris played key roles in launching breakfast, innovative Pepsi beverages, desserts, and national promotions (MLB & BCS) for the Taco Bell brand supporting over 6,000+ franchise and company restaurants throughout the U.S. as well as developing teams to grow retail sales.

Beverages bring an opportunity for businesses to build sales layers. Chris led the testing and implementation of the first frozen beverage sales layer for Taco Bell along with other proprietary ideas in partnership with Pepsi/Taco Bell. He ensured that all beverages, including Iced Tea, juices and fountain drinks, were successfully executed by the managers in every company and franchise restaurant. During his 20 years with Taco Bell, Corp., Chris worked directly with Pepsi in improving beverage products and sales by launching the first ever frozen beverage platform, proprietary carbonated beverages and iced teas and juices.
