I still think the house needs to turn blue for this to happen. Pete Sessions has blocked every single piece of MJ legislation from even hitting the floor. From here if a bipartisan bill passes the house I don't see why it wouldn't clear the senate. We shall see though. I think the biggest push would be the take it off of the schedule and regulate it like alcohol at the state level.
