IMO, the company was already going to do that R/S BEFORE they even put out the S-1.
I've only posted about it a couple of times, giving traders a peak and hoping they would figure it out on their own so it wouldn't look like I had an agenda.
I'm saying now that I've pulled all my bids until we know how low it's going.
Well, I'm laying it all out now.
Folks say he was being so transparent on the SS.
Well, partially. He still shows the AS #'s as of 08-08-18 & They are not listed in Ok, as the OTC page says. It's in Nv. now.
That is a significant date. Maybe that morning it was 3 billion, but I guess, later that day they passed an amendment to lower it to 500 million. How the hell is that suppose to work out unless they do a R/S.
I'm afraid this guy might be following a pattern. Like his record just a few short months ago when he took FLSR all the way down to delisted and put on the Greys.
