Exactly, OTC Shorty is just a myth, anyone who believes that fable should read the requirements of shorting a penny / sub penny stock. Everyone can forget the claim of “off shore shorting” too, that’s another fairytale - all trade transactions must go through an U.S. Based SRO, no way around it. Imagining “shorty” is all it is, because the real story would be in the Bi-Monthly Short Interest report, not the daily Short Volume report, traders should read up on Reg SHO to know the difference.
