If you search the Denton County Recorder website you'll find a document dated June 5, 2018 where Veritex Community bank released a collateral assignment package on 6 deals:

Resort at Eagle Mountain Lake
CTMGT Lucas 238
CTMGT Tuberville
CTMGT Southlake Houston
278 Georgetown
UDF PM (Preston Manor)

In those 6 deals there was close to $80 million of committed loans.

If the bank is releasing their collateral, I think it suggests that the bank was paid back. Maybe either a sale or refinancing was done on those deals.

It's possible the delay in getting the audit done is due to accounting for recent deals like this one.
