Very simple, Solomon has never cared about diluting Siaf since his A-shares and control were never in danger. But to make sure that he gets his own share of the TRW dividend he took his salary in Siaf-shares. Its true that he will probably be much more restrictive diluting TRW but if he is forced to he and the partners will find a way to keep their part just like Solly did in Siaf. Maybe they will participate in a PP or give themselves some bonus TRW shares for some BS reason. They can do everything, what law will prevent them?
