Actually, I think arbitration is going on right now. That’s a good thing ultimately as it will be a quicker process - it just depends on how truthful the CEO has been. As for what part of the arbitration process they are in I’m not sure. But we could hear something anytime as the actual arbitration hearing could last as quick as a day or up to a week. It’s the discovery process that takes the longest but they have already had discovery for the Bombay Court proceedings so it shouldn’t take too long. The fact the court has a stay in place until 12/6 tells me it could certainly be all over well before then. A tweet from the CEO earlier today gives credence to this theory and arbitration was discussed as a tactic by the CEO in his original shareholder update awhile ago. Arbitration would be preferable to the purported hijackers as they would most likely dodge the jail time they’d get in a criminal court proceeding.
