I'm in agreement. They didn't get what they're worth, but it looks as though IAN & MPX are looking thru a longer term lens. The sum of the parts are a stronger force as the US progresses...type pf deal.

Lots of time between now and Jan.

I bet the deal goes thru, but I wouldn't be surprised if someone else comes calling. To pick up MPX's US assets @ $835M...the $25M breakup fee, is nothing for a $1B+ over-the-top bid.

Lot of time...I like these valuation levels too...as though nothing happened between mpx & IAN.
