The research report and it's assertions have long been proven false, but, that does not stop anyone from throwing it out there to see if it works.

This is not a pump, this is just one investor pointing out some things he looked into and what he found. You are welcome to look at my posts on Ihub, you will see I am not pumper, but an investor plain and simple. Have a look and do your own DD and make up your own mind, not have someone make it up for you on innuendo and back handed claims of a scam.

I went to one of their recent investor conference the Sidoti & Company Fall 2018 Investor Conference on September 27th at the Grand Hyatt in NYC to see for myself.

They had a second MicroCap Conference on October 1st at the Essex House in NYC.

I had a previous business acquaintance in Beijing go check out the offices that their company and it subsidiaries were operating to see if indeed they had offices and employees, they did, though he didn't know about the 166 number but my friend estimated there were at least 150+. I did this as the research report from a year ago said they had "0" none a shell putting out fake PR's and SEC filings a "King Zero" think they called it.

I checked every PR to see if I could find anything on the subsidiaries and partners they are doing business with, checked hotels that conferences and releases of technology happened and if not try and find where the supposed partners, banks, investment banks, NGO's, Universities or the Chinese government put out statements denying any of what was PR'ed to protect their own name from this supposed fraud.

And that's about where I said, okay enough is enough, it's not a scam International companies, Chinese, government, NOG's Investment banks, etc. etc.

For myself I found it was real, you come to your own conclusion, I haven't a clue why the research report was written by the short group as @66 it was insanely overpriced and that was enough to short the shit out of it even @30 or @10 at that time a year ago it wasn't worth it, even with them doing all they can to grow and increase business.

A year later its @2 and if on Wednesday October 31 4:00 PM CST the audited financials show that the unaudited estimated earnings of .31 a share for the first 6 months of the year are in fact the true numbers, then it sure as shit in my mind is oversold and shorted to the nth degree.

But do you DD, and do the numbers 22.1 mil shares and like 5.7 mil float undervalued is an understatement.

I only wrote this as I just found that all the relevant info should be gathered up for those that may not have he time to so they could check for themselves rather than rely on the posts of short sellers referring to a year old short analysis report
