You say you think they’ll get the Reverse, but if not, then the spinoff will happen. So you think they’ll cancel the MoviePass spinoff if Reverse occurs? Wouldn’t put it past them. But then here come more lawsuits, as for Helios to cancel the proposed spinoff would be blatant prior intent to deceive and influence the reverse vote, and intent to influence investment.
