PNW_Ironman - I am not sure if I understand your post well .

With Heparin and Lovenox blood test is done at the beginning every one week or so to evaluate what dose is the best for this particular patients , later every few months except more often again if something new happen to patient .

With SC of Leronlimab ( Pro 140 )
No extra blood test will need to be done to monitor any level ,

Viral load will need to be done time to time , but this is the same as for oral HAART , not because this is SC .
Nothing extra need to be done because it is SC .

I agree SC will not be negative here .
Again , I feel that some patients will prefer that then every day pills .

IV infusion is a different story , very , very difficult for patient if needed for long time .
