Ok, then it just comes down to there not being enough people who have lost enough money here to afford hiring an attorney on the hopes of winning the suit. And no matter what anyone thinks the odds of winning are, it's still going to be that. A hope.

If people would just adhere to the warning about not risking any more than they can afford to lose on these OTC gambles, they wouldn't have to worry about filing lawsuits.

You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
