No answer at posted business phone, just an automated verizon message the user had not set up voicemail, no fax tone transmitted when contacting posted fax number. The only good sign I found was that at some point, Fred Bauman, Esq. Was listed as att'y.
If THAT is current, then that is a positive as Mr. BAUMAN is a well-known and respected shell attorney in Las Vegas.

Need to get current again w recent DD. Seems like the principal is wealthy enough to have done everything well within legal bounds from the start. The present state of things is not clear to me.
