They never did realese 24-25 percent just that there targeting that. There cell design is capable is all there saying. If they got even over 22% there would be a lot of companies very interested in there tech. The highest they have reported right now was 20.7 %. I don’t even know if they were able to get 20.7 with there new production process. I think the demonstration they made at the world photovoltaic conference was just under 20%.
