I don't think dividend is gonna be any time real soon.its from the day they announced it and prior for shareowners.these guys are truly slow.other than that I'd probably get in now if I owned none.its gonna sit a while til filings are done.but I think most people are lookin for 1/4 of a penny.im lookin for a full one.its loaded w the etelix spinoff and well a cancelled reverse split,2x,and it needs a share buyback to truck higher. Thats what my eyes see.
