I have seen very few times when shareholders have benefited after an RS. It happens but more times than not the shareholders suffer from an RS. Sometimes a company needs to do an RS to keep from being delisted but that isn't the case here.

Remember that when someone tries to convince you to buy or sell there is something in it for them. It's not because they are concerned about your investment.
