I got this message, be patience....

Thank you for your continued interest and support of Tiger Reef, Inc. (OTCQB: TGRR). In answer to your question, we will update our shareholders as soon as we can. We are still fighting with our debtholders for a resolution which will allow the company to move forward. At the moment all debtholders with the exception of one (Crown Partners) has agreed to cooperate and allow the company to receive fresh funding and resume operations.

We cannot give you any assurances that Crown Partners will ever get on board and allow the company to move forward. Until then we will not give false hope to our shareholders nor do make any announcement that could potentially result in an increase in share price and/or volume, since that would most likely increase Crown’s resolve to continue to hold out for a better deal.

Thank you for your interest and support of Tiger Reef, Inc. (OTC: TGRR). All we can say at the moment is progress is being made at Tiger Reef. We cannot tell you any specifics right now, but in the not-to-distant future hopefully this whole mess with the debtholders will be resolved in a satisfactory manner and the company will be able to resume normal operations. However, no news will be released until after everything is resolved. To put out any news earlier would jeopardize the ongoing settlement talks.
