I just ran into a nice gentleman that works for JCPenney‘s. He said there is no risk a bankruptcy in the long foreseeable future. He said The new CEO is very innovative and electric! He said the morale of the company was down in large part to the former CEO now working at Lowe’s! I smell a turnaround coming!!
