To me , seems like management is setting everyone up for a court decision against the company. Up until last month the "pit" was a gold mine that was producing more than was expected revenue for the company- now seems like they are down playing this so as not to cause further pps decline should lawsuits not go as hoped. BTW Lawyers are always very confident . [ they will get paid either way] I think until this is resolved either way a lot of investors will wait and see. imo
