Are you suggesting LCY is a scam - very few real companies do a reverse merger to go public - that is mostly used in the pinky world.

BioAmber didn't mention a reverse merger in the press release today.

That would be a material event and BioAmber would be required to file a 8-K - but there isn't going to be a reverse merger.
