I'll just quote myself I guess, because that is the clue; if you don't believe that the appraisal is somewhat accurate and/or that TRW will not be able to list, then there is no point in getting the TRW-distribution.

Solomon's a-shares sure is a major obstacle, but his control will be 20%, not 40% (50% of the remaining 18.3% and then his 10% or whatnot of the distributed 18.3%). Not to underestimate that 20%, but he does seem to sacrifice SIAF over TRW which might indicate that the partners has his balls (if he has any balls left).
