It hit my watchlist @2:59 NGL Partners Outlook Reflects Deleveraging Efforts

So they took it fro stable rating to negative what would cause this?

What makes it a negative, what are they basing it on?

I am still 100% cool with NGL I just don't understand the exact reasoning, my feelings haven't changed 1 iota
