I think this was inside stuff where they drove the price up in order to create buying pressure so they could dilute.. Then they think geez the volume is so high we better put news out to justify the volume in case anyone asks, and also to help dilute more. Hence the news being 11 days late, following the posting of the financials October 15th. Go ahead BMXI prove me wrong, there's other possible explanations that aren't shady, so prove me wrong BMXI. but right now, this is what it looks like to me..
