There are only 2 reasons that make sense to me though many claim to know the answer but do not articulate specifically what those reasons are

1) There are issues with Delaware or Maryland causing Univec to be inactive and not able to have clean ownership of the shell to report with OTC markets.

2) Dalton doesn't want to until everything is worked out with the idea being he would need to disclose information related to the transaction or relationship as it was PR'd publicly by Agrimed last year, this would certainly require supplementary disclosure and other disclosure for material subsequent events. due to parties involved they may want to keep under wraps until most details finalized.
