It hit me last night why the outstanding share count increased. It's obvious so I'm sure you guys already know, but for others that may show up....

The current "float" is 733,426 but the outstanding shares were increased by 50 million for the following reason:

Investment Opportunities
ECRID (ECDD) is selling 50,000,000 Common Shares @ .15 cents a share in a 506 C Reg D Offering to only accredited investors to raise $7,500,000 to grow and expand its business:
Use Proceeds $7,500,000
(1) Operational Expenses $3,500,000
(2) Marketing $4,000,000

It sounds like if/when he finds his investors he has to file a form D with the SEC. So I imagine, other than the quarterly updates, this will be the next form we see filed. This will show the 50 million restricted shares along with who invested, etc.
