(OTCBB:NCVM.U) announced today that it is approaching the closing of the sale of its BuyMicro subsidiary to Deerfield Beach, Fla., based Trimfast Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets:TRFG) for $2,000,000. Trimfast and Nova management have schedule a formal due diligence review meeting in the California office of Nova Communications to move towards completing the due diligence review process. Nova Communications, the sole owner of BuyMicro, has entered into a Letter of Intent to sell the Company to Trimfast for $2,000,000 in a stock transaction. The Letter of Intent calls for execution of a definitive acquisition agreement once mutual due diligence reviews are completed. Ken Owen, Nova Communications CEO, stated, "We are excited to push the sale of BuyMicro along and complete the transaction. With management visions of each party now in alignment, we are moving to the next step of the formal due diligence review process.
