RMHB...sued Mr. Gsaffi for what where being told.,he didn’t have the right to issue himself the controlling stock.
And sell to lil the Chinese investors. Guess what Welch has done. Issues himself millions of shares it will come out HE had no right to issue himself..He was sued before by Gsaffi for pulling the same crap.,Rmhb sued Jerry and my guess not verified.,Sued Lil who planed to fire Welch and Seebeger..This suit about Welch and Seebeger being able to keep paying them selfs big salaries.
