I don’t know why many think that spinoff will take PPS to higher level.
Many companies announced for spinoff, and the stock price didn’t go up at all.
Look to the recent example HMNY that announced spinoff two days ago, and the stock price remain as it is at 0.0185
In RNVA stock, the main problem is dilution and RS, nobody wants to buy now. all investors are waiting to buy after completing the dilution and RS.
