Regarding facebook - could be anybody. Regarding the authorized shares -to get those moving you truly need a solid deal in hand. In the past splits were at very small fraction not outraged like some companies out-there! Everyone is aware of what the float is - it is posted on IHUB page. I still do not see a Caveat Emptor on OTC nor warning about shell! Look at HEMP - same boat but at three pennies!
