Thanks, so I guess the market cap is also about $3.85m after all (not $530k). Still, it simply makes no sense that they'd file $100m S3 if there was going to be no pump or no huge news catalyst first.

Or do you think the $100m figure is the DCTH management playing 4D chess to gaslight all of us? lol
