Ceramtec lost because the chrome made it the color pink and it was deemed essential. If it was deemed non essential they would have won protection with no trademark in place. This is like wendys saying "I`m loving it". Ceramatec was essentially Mcdoanalds and still exists under coorstek. The same guys they sued over the color pink. The entertainment value alone is worth every penny. I`ll drop it though. I think we've run this issues course.
