so this companies stock use to be at .30 when they had no income coming in, no big future investments of more funds coming in, and only hope that they would get into med cann somehow in the far future.

Now it has funds coming in, great future potential if managed correctly, and still the patents, and hope of the huge med market in future.

so what gives? is the management at the top really that bad? are the employees treating diluted stock as big bonuses before paying off debt?
