Matt, this company issues shares to consultants. The transfer agent is gagged, they continue to do splits, then when it goes under a penny, another split, rinse and repeat. What more do you need to know?

No need to be in denial, unless of course, you're a recipiant of the free shares. Check the SEC filings, it's all in their.
