Its just a program that picks up who is and who isnt in compliance, the program doesnt recognize company factors like refiling and auditing the 2017/2018 financials because an accountant in a firm used was slapped for eroneous mathmatics. Once those corrected filings are filed, another program will recognize that dropping the warning.

Once the AUDITED annual filings are filed,
