"Wait a minute, the first link shows LRS having pictures of an ECOS digester at their California Avenue plant on THEIR website. The second link shows filings with the SEC shows an agreement between ECOS and LRS if you read from 2016 forward. And the video shows the ECOS digester operating at a daily capacity between 12-15 tons."

You should read the 2016 contracts more carefully as your statement is somewhat incorrect. LRS and ECOLOCAP formed a new PRIVATE LLC (ECOS/BIOart LLC) through which all digester purchases by LRS (and others in the Chicago area) were to be made. LRS purchased their digester from the new private LLC, not ECOLOCAP, and any NET PROFITS on all equipment sales by the LLC are to be split 50/50 between ECOLOCAP and LRS (after each fiscal year accounting of the private LLC). The video therefore shows an LRS's digester operating at a daily capacity between 12-15 tons". ECOLOCAP has no stated revenues, or assets, per their filings.

The ECOLOCAP Solutions (that you own shares in) does not own part of any daily collection or processing of organic waste materials anywhere. When and if LRS decides processing organic waste can be accomplished at a profit, they may order more machines??
