What a joke - founded 2 years ago, no info anywhere that they've even begun airline certification. Their job descriptions were written by someone that appears to know little about aviation. A first officer has almost no interaction with the public so the "public friendliness" requirement is silly and he or she has no need of administrative assistant type computer program skills. Aircraft computers have no similarities to office programs. I was a Captain for years and couldn't do Adobe Acrobat if my life depended on it. Also, they're not hiring captains only First Officers, But the biggest red flag that this is a bunch of folks just trying to raise cash is they hope for a first-year revenue of 236 MILLION. Folks, according to NASDAQ American Airlines only made 42 million last year. So a startup with perhaps 1 or two planes is going to make 6 times what all of American makes their first year? It was a good laugh for the day though.
